13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of, or related to, them, their subject matter or their formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ghana. Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of, or related to, these Terms or the Website shall be instituted exclusively in the courts of Ghana, although we retain the right to bring any suit, action, or proceeding against you for breach of these Terms in your country of residence or any other relevant country.

14. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration conducted by the Ghana Arbitration Centre in accordance with its rules. The arbitration shall be conducted in Accra, Ghana, in the English language, and the decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on both parties. Each party shall bear its own costs in connection with the arbitration.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, we may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent the actual or threatened infringement, misappropriation, or violation of our copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, patents, or other intellectual property rights.

15. Waiver and Severability

No waiver by Gotyritedo of any term or condition set forth in these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or condition or a waiver of any other term or condition, and any failure of Gotyritedo to assert a right or provision under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
