Refund Eligibility
Digital Products
For digital products (e-books, courses, templates, and other downloadable items):
- We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase.
- To be eligible for a refund, you must demonstrate that you've made a reasonable attempt to implement the strategies or use the materials as directed.
- You must provide detailed feedback explaining why the product did not meet your expectations.
- Digital products that have been downloaded, accessed, or used extensively may be subject to a partial refund at our discretion.
Physical Products
For physical products (printed materials, workbooks, etc.):
- You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
- Products must be returned in original, unused condition with all original packaging and materials.
- You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival.
- Once we receive the returned product and verify its condition, a refund will be processed.

Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds:
- Personalized or customized products created specifically for you
- Consulting services that have already been delivered
- Products purchased during special promotional offers marked as "final sale"
- Products where you have participated in more than 30% of the course content or used a significant portion of the materials
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please follow these steps:

- Product(s) for which you're requesting a refund
- Reason for your refund request
- For digital products: description of how you've used the product and why it didn't meet your expectations

Return Process for Physical Products
If you need to return a physical product:
- Contact us to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number before shipping your return.
- Package the item securely with all original materials and include your RA number on the outside of the package.

Refund Processing
Timeframe
After your refund is approved:
- For digital products: refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days.
- For physical products: refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
Refund Method
Refunds will be issued using the original payment method whenever possible:
- Credit/debit card payments will be refunded to the original card.
- Mobile money payments will be returned to the same mobile money account.
- Bank transfers will be refunded via bank transfer to your account.
Please note that refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider and may take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement.
Refund Amount
The following conditions apply to refund amounts:
- Full refunds include the purchase price of the product(s).
- Shipping and handling fees for physical products are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
- If a product was purchased as part of a bundle or with a discount, the refund will be calculated based on the discounted price, prorated for the returned item(s).
Cancellation Policy
Pre-Order Cancellations
If you've pre-ordered a product that has not yet been released or shipped:
- You may cancel your pre-order for a full refund at any time before the product is released or shipped.

Subscription Cancellations
For any recurring subscription products:
- You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting customer service.
- Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing period.
- No refunds are provided for the current billing period unless there are exceptional circumstances.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges for physical products under the following conditions:
- The product is returned in its original condition within 30 days of delivery.
- You contact us first to request an exchange and receive approval.
- If the exchange is for a higher-priced item, you will be responsible for paying the price difference.
- If the exchange is for a lower-priced item, we will refund the difference.
Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product:
- Contact us within 7 days of receiving the product with photos of the damage.
- We will arrange for a replacement at no additional cost to you or provide a full refund including shipping costs.
- Do not return the damaged product unless specifically instructed to do so.
